Why work for Unicon
For more than three decades, we've been applying the right teams, strategies, and technology to help our clients stay aligned with the evolving world of online learning.
Unicon works on identity, data, applications, infrastructure, and large-scale programs across higher education, K-12, edtech, nonprofits, and workforce initiatives. Our work is impactful, long-lived, and tied to real outcomes.
The problems we solve are often complex and require deep expertise in both industry knowledge and technical capability. Our work spans many skilled areas:
AI readiness, enablement, and coaching
Data strategy, governance, and interoperability
Product and application development, delivery, and support
Identity and access management (IAM)
Public good enablement and employment initiatives
We pride ourselves on the long-term relationships we’ve built internally and with our customers. We look for people who can solve problems that don’t have simple answers and build solutions that need to last for years. If that describes you, Unicon may be a great fit.
You'll have the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies and join forces with some of the industry's most skilled developers. With an average tenure of over 10 years, we offer a diverse set of benefits, flexible work hours, and locations.

Community involvement
Unicon knows that we are only as strong as our community, read more about how we are making a difference.
Community matters to us, and we like to give back however we can. In the past, we’ve contributed by donating to aid environmental restoration, victims of domestic abuse, local no-kill animal shelters, and families in need during the holidays.
We also support our local economy by encouraging applicants from Gilbert/Phoenix area, and awarding internships to local graduates, many of whom go on to become our employees.
Most importantly, we prioritize our own Unicon community. We support each other when times are tough, and celebrate one another’s successes.
