Search

• Searches are not case-sensitve
• Searches include topic, tags, contributors and full text of answers
• All search words are OR’ed together, but frequency of words is weighted, so that articles with all your search words should show up at the top
• Putting double quotes around terms (e.g. “Sakai Module”) will search for only articles that include that exact phrase
• Think of a word or phrase that would have to be in the answer to your question
• Think of synonyms to those words
• Think of what keywords you would have chosen if you were tagging that question

Browse

• The index page shows the most recent New Articles and Updated Articles, as well as the most Popular
• Filter the index page listings to specific projects by clicking one of the Show only: uPortal, Sakai, Academus links; clicking Show: All will remove all filters
• Clicking on a tag will show all the articles with that tag
• The Tag Cloud shows the top tags - the larger tags have more articles
