Application Management

Application management provides institutions with the maintenance of their Zimbra application, critical security-related updates, testing, and patch maintenance. This ensures that the application is up and running smoothly 24 x 7.

Support

Our support for hosted applications consists of: system administration support and technical support.

System administration support includes the monitoring of applications, diskspace, and CPU. Unicon notifies the client of any high priority Zimbra security patches and communicates any system reliability and performance issues, along with the recommended times for installing other updates or patches.

Technical support includes all of the features of system administration support, plus additional features. Features include: direct access to dedicated support and ongoing maintenance for past, present, and future releases. Unicon will assist institutions with general questions, configuration issues, tuning, and bugs affecting the environment. Technical support can be from a minimum of weekday to a maximum of 24 x 7.

Security

All processes and activities necessary to ensure safe performance of an institution's Zimbra environment include: application security, physical hardware security, and risk management. Unicon follows a regimented checklist for hardening all servers it deploys. Our security services provide substantial protection of the hosted production systems from both internal and external threats.

Reporting

Monthly reporting on the use of the application is assembled and delivered for educational and management purposes.
