The Community Benefits

The purpose of the Cooperative Support program is to form a trusted partnership with institutions and organizations to ensure the long-term success of Grouper. When the Support Team is not working directly on support cases, they spend their time working on development issues such as bug fixes, enhancements, and minor new features. Work completed on these development issues is contributed back to the Internet2 community for the benefit of all Grouper users.

Support for Multiple Releases

Unicon’s Cooperative Support program provides direct technical support for multiple releases of Grouper. This means that it is no longer necessary to constantly upgrade to the latest Grouper release in order to receive support.
