I am exceedingly glad that the Sakai Foundation selected Nathan Pearson to lead the Sakai User Experience Improvement project. As a friend that I have designed with "in the trenches" for several years, I can attest to Nathan as a skilled designer that knows his craft. His combined design expertise, practical business sense, forward-thinking, and hard work ethic make him very qualified to lead the effort of improving the Sakai user experience, and I for one am excited for the outcome.

Congratulations Nathan!
