It's Great To Hear Your Voice
One of the things that I enjoy most is talking to customers. It also happens to be a large part of my role as Cooperative Support Director. Over the last three weeks, I have had in-depth conversations with over fifteen customers; it’s great to put a voice with a name and to hear each perspective. Each institution is unique and yet they all share many of the same overall goals.
On such customer calls, I get to listen to needs, field questions, and help people learn more about their account – and they get to know me. I really enjoy that part of my job and to be able to give true reassurance and comfort that comes from a personal relationship. The new Cooperative Support Program offers unique features from other support programs that customers want to understand, and it is my privilege to provide information and understanding to everyone that asks; it’s great to hear the feedback and excitement.
Many customers discussed voting on Cooperative Development. They are happy to have this new opportunity and can’t wait to cast their votes. The ability for subscribers to cast their vote on determining development priorities has really made a positive impact on our user community and I’m glad to be the messenger.
