Why can't I copy shared files to the My Files directory of my Personal Files drive in the Briefcase Portlet in Academus 2.1?

Academus 2.1.0 ships with a known issue affecting its support for copying shared files to the "My Files" directory of the Personal Files drive in the Briefcase Portlet. This issue also affected the toro-portlets open source project prior to SVN revision 261.

An Academus 2.1.0 deployment can be patched to allow this particular copying edge case. Simply stop the Academus Tomcat, replace {tomcat}/webapps/AcademusApps/WEB-INF/classes/net/unicon/academus/apps/briefcase/engine/CopyResourcesAction.class with the attached file, and start your Academus Tomcat again. The attached .class file is a compiled version of the fix (revision 261 of toro-portlets SVN).
