What if I can't access the case creation form?

You should be able to access the case creation form by clicking the Create Support Case above.

If you click on the Create Support Case link and do not reach a form to submit it, it may be that we don't have you listed as a named support contact for your institutions account. Your institution is allowed a certain number of named support contacts based on the service level agreement in place.

If you believe that you should be a named support contact, please verify with your administration and have them contact their Unicon account manager.

If you are unable to reach someone who can contact the Unicon account manager, you may send an email to support@unicon.net explaining your situation. We will try to work with your administration to make sure that both of our records reflect what they should.
