How do I recover a lost User template?
If the template was removed from your portal installation, the only option is recreate this template. You will need to add the template user by using the User Manager channel. Please keep in mind the following: 1) Verify that the Preferences Link is active for the lost User in the html.xsl file 2) Create the lost User in the portal making sure that the Username and information is exactly as it is in the html.xsl and PersonDirs.xml files 3) Edit the content of the lost User that was just created 4) Reset the User's layout. When the new user is created, the User ID associated with the new account will be different than the original ID. In order for your Users to login, the database will need to be reset so that the database can obtain the new ID.
