Email notifications are not being sent by RedDot

What do I do if Email notifications are not being sent by RedDot?

You can check the logfiles for sending emails on "Program
Files/RedDot5/ASP/Log/Common" folder. Look at the files called "MailAsync.log"
and "RdMailer.log".  All the email correspondence will be on the above mentioned log files for you
to troubleshoot.

Also if you go to the "Component Manager/RedDot Server Manager"
and "Edit Settings" then you will find the email server information.
On the From field by default it has "RedDot-Email-Notification". Most
of the spam mail filters blocks the email if its not from a valid
email address. It would be
better if you use valid email format like RedDot@notification.com
which doesnot have to be a valid email address.

Please check with their mail server if that is the case.
