Configuring the Briefcase Permissions Portlet when migrating from Academus 1.5 to 2.0

Since the Briefcase Permission Portlet did not exist in Academus 1.5, the Permission Portlet should not be automatically configured when migrating from version 1.5 to version 2.0. In order for the Permission Portlet to work correctly and the old permissions to remain in tact, the Briefcase Permission Portlet needs to be configured manually after migration is completed.
