Why am I unable to see the column headers in the Gradebook?

Firefox 1.0.6 users will not be able to see the column headers in the Gradebook if the Flash Plugin has not been downloaded. 

Firefox users can download plugins from:

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html

The link will take users to the main download page for Firefox.  Then click on the Macromedia Flash Player link and follow any instructions to complete the download.

Windows users can download the plugin from:

http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/windows.html

The Macromedia Flash link will allow the user to install the component without downloading it first.  In order to complete the installation, the user will have to Allow the Site to run the install script.  Firefox will block it by default.  If the user does not get the install dialog, go to the banner near the top and select the Edit Options button.  Once Edit Options is clicked, select Allow under the first text field.  Then click OK.  When completed, Firefox will need to be restarted to see the changes.
