Why does the system help file fail when SSL is enabled?

The attached patch will resolve issues with the help system when the portal is running under SSL.

Installation:

1. Copy the patch file to the /portal directory of your Academus server.

2. Extract the package in this directory (ie. tar xvzf SSL_Help_Patch.tar.gz)

3. Run the Unistall script (ie. ./Unistall)

4. Press enter to select the installation directory (defaults to /portal)

5. Select option 1 to install a package

6. Select the SSL Help Patch package from the list

7. Exit out of Unistall

The help patch is now installed.
