Why is a second draft created when I revise an email draft in the Webmail channel?

A second draft will be created when you revise an email draft within the Webmail channel, such that the user is left with two drafts.  This is a known issue in Academus 1.2 and 1.3.   The issue has been resolved in Academus 1.5 and above.
